Kwok TBus was already waiting for us when we got to the departure point. Since everyone was on board, we even departed before the scheduled departure time.
Driver was speedy, professional, efficient, and courteous.
He drove quickly and we arrived at the destination one hour early.
Bus was comfortable; 10/10 experience and would happily do it again.

Ste NEverything was fine apart from a cockroach on my bed that disappeared underneath the mattress. When I looked down the side there were many crumbs of food and dust, which is breading ground for cochroach. I understand it is hard to reach everywhere when cleaning but still a little off putting.

Maud CWe travel with a 4 and 6 year old. We picked this bus because it was meant to arrive at 6.30 am but it’s a scam. It arrives 2 hr early hence 4am which is the reason why we didn’t pick an another company. The bus itself was comfortable but not as much as others. And the beds were a little narrower

Lucie Compartments were a bit small with 3 columns of beds instead of 2. Bus left late but arrived early. Driver was driving fast. 2 stops for restaurant and toilets which was great for a 7h journey. It was a good trip.

Ingrid PThe bus left almost an hour early making the start very stressful, the driver drove really fast and the bus ended at a different stop than communicated. Although this spot was fine it would've been nice to know.

Michael CThe bus arrived an hour late. The cabins were dirty from the passengers before. The bus was overbooked so people had to sleep in the aisle. First part was ok to sleep. After the break the driver was in a rush, drove very fast and used the horn permanently. The cabin was good. Plenty of room.

William WBus itself is very nice and comfortable, but they picked me up over 2 hours late from the side of the road with very poor communication the whole time - I'd repeatedly tried contacting them about the pickup time with no response and was only informed about the delay after my original pickup time
