Kurzfristig 2h früher los. Pinkelpausen teilweise auf offenem Gelände. Super oft nachts gehalten. Nachts 4.30 Uhr irgendwo im Busoffice abgesetzt ohne Erklärung. Aber dann kamen doch noch PKWs um uns ans Ziel zu bringen.

Staff seemed totally disinterested in providing any of customer service we were dropped off at a major intersection in Haiphong in the dark with the only information by”wait here” a car did arrive about 20 minutes later to take us to the ferry for Cat ba but I think it would of been a bad experience for someone a little nervous of travelling in Asia perhaps a clear itinerary when booking would be a good idea

Six transfers. Started on a scooter, then a normal bus, then a ferry, then another bus, then a transit vehicle, which brought us to a place where we were to wait two hours. Then finally the sleeper bus, which broke down, which led to another transit vehicle.
