Terrible service. We booked a minibus for 8:00 a.m., but at the last minute they changed it to a much smaller van and moved the departure to 7:00 a.m. without proper notice. To make matters worse, there were already two other passengers on board. Since all of us had large suitcases, there was not enough space for everyone. One passenger had to sit between two seats, where there wasn’t even a proper seat or a seatbelt. This was uncomfortable, unsafe, and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this service.

There was no communication on which boat to get on when we went to Koh Rong Sanloem. No safety briefing so still do not know where the life jackets were. The captain was rude and set get off the boat. No explanation that the boat would not go to M’Pai Bay.

The schedule said we were to arrive at 1:30. When we checked in to the bus, we were informed that they in fact expected to arrive at 2:45. I asked if there was trouble on the road. They responded that everything was normal and that the schedule was untruthful. They acted as if that was normal. So, it looked as if we would be late for our 2:30 ferry. Luckily, the ferry left 15 minutes late so all was ok. But their lie lack of concern for truthfulness created needless anxiety. I will never patronize this company again.

I read a review that said the bus took 4 hrs instead of 3 and that's exactly what happened to me. Just adjust the scheduled time if that's consistently the case.
