We traveled from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap with Giant Ibis. We found the place of the departure with no problems, as per information enclosed in the booking. It was very close to the ferry terminal where we arrived from Tan Chau. Our guide was very polite & professional. He explained everything about the trip and its schedule. The bus was ACed, seats were very comfortable. We were provided with snacks and water or coffee. We stopped for a meal, which was very tasty and affordable. The bus arrived to Siem Reap on time. In total with the stop it took around 6h . Overall great experience, definitely recommended.

  • Check for a taxi sign or light on the vehicle, though formal signage may vary as most taxis are unmarked.
  • Look for parked or idling drivers near key tourist spots, the airport, or popular hotels.
