The operator was super nice and professional. The washroom was clean. The seats were comfortable and didn't feel like a 6hr drive.

Took almost 8hrs. Not even close to 6hrs that the reservation says. Other than that, all ok as the bus was literally not even half full so it was comfortable. But if it was full, I think it would be an issue as there is not even a hand divider between the seats

The seat had the ability to recline, but it was wasted on the fact that there wasn't enough pitch to allow it. Other than that, the seat was very comfortable. One other issue: The bus' clutch came out of adjustment and the driver could not engage the clutch brake and get it into gear from a stop. The driver was able to correct the problem, but his tool kit did not have the 14 mm wrench he needed. Kudos to the driver for finding the correct wrench and fixing the problem.

  • Check for a taxi sign or light on the vehicle, though formal signage may vary as most taxis are unmarked.
  • Look for parked or idling drivers near key tourist spots, the airport, or popular hotels.
  • Available taxis often stop when waved down, but many require prior arrangement through your hotel or a ride-hailing app like Grab.
  • Some tuk-tuks also function as informal taxis, offering flexible transport options when flagged on the street.
  • If using a ride-hailing service, the app will indicate availability directly and send a driver to your location.
Knowing local practices can simplify transport, so confirm with your accommodation if unsure.
