I went from Phnom Penh to Kampot and this was probably the best bus I’ve taken so far in south east Asia. The service was excellent, unlike many other busses they actually announced when we would stop for a toiletbreak and for how long. We also got a nice sweet treat and drinks during the ride. We even had a working screen so I was able to watch a movie. We did arrive a bit later then expected but it’s not the company’s fault that traffic was bad. So yeah I would definitely recommend taking the bus with this company!

My partner was on the front seat next to the driver he is 6 foot 2. His knees were touching the dashboard for the whole trip and the seat didn’t recline. The driver talked very loudly to the person nest to him for the first hour and was constantly on his phone. During this time the quality of the driving was reduced. It would have been nice if he had used the 5th and 6th gear every now and then as this would have made for a more comfortable ride.

This was the BEST bus ride ever! They checked your luggage and gave you tickets that you needed to pick them up. They served snacks, coffee, tea and water at no extra charge. The ride was great with a 20 minute rest along the way. I will definitely use them again!

Driver was wonderful. 5 stars. Online booking communications was lacking. We requested airport pickup and thought it was confirmed but that was not conveyed properly so the agency did not know where to meet us until we landed and was able to respond to them asking for pick up location, causing delay. The operator responded kindly and quickly once we connected. I do not understand why 12go did not advise them of airport pick up or clarify pick up location from me at the time of booking.

Things to remember: When travelling by van with huge luggage buying a separate seat for your suitcase or backpack is a good idea. Do not expect there is a roomy luggage compartment in a van - there is actually none and your fellow passengers are unlikely to appreciate your luggage stuck under their feet, alas.
