Everything worked fine, the driver was very nice and we arrived on time with enough breaks. Space in the bus was very limited, so I'd rather pay a bit more for the possibility to move my legs :) But that's how it works here - everything ok👌

The trip was very well organized, and we even got something to eat and tea. The toilet was very clean. Unfortunately, I couldn't understand the announcement because I was sitting at the front and therefore too far away from the speaker, and there was background noise. Otherwise, it was a very good and inexpensive experience.

I brought two suitcases into your reservations office. The employee told me to put them in an area to the left, and she gave me one ticket stub for each suitcase. I thought this meant that your company would load the suitcases onto the bus for me. Your employee did not tell me that I needed to put the suitcases onto the bus myself, so I did not. When I arrived in Battambang, my suitcases were not on the bus - they were still in Phnom Penh. It is very important for you to tell customers that they must load the suitcases themselves!! By giving us ticket stubs for our suitcases, it seems as though you will be taking care of the luggage from that moment onward. Thank you.

Seats are automatically given when booking and I am unable to change my seat in the bus until all other passengers have boarded. Other passengers had booked tickets same day get much better seats than I who booked months in advance.
