A terrible experience.. the fan couldn't be turned off so I was blown cold air at. The driver was very rude and didn't allow us to stop for restroom breaks. Points only because the bus seat itself was very comfortable

The bus arrived 30 minutes later. But that wasn't a problem at all. The seats were really comfortable. Bout the driver communicated at all and didn't make any toilet stop for a 5.5 hours bus drive. He stopped for himself to get some food or something nut he didn't say anything that we can also go out for s toilet. That wasn't good

The bus itself was quite clean and comfortable. The journey takes up to 7 hours and there's a bit of confusion at the beginning because they are a bit disorganized and people are not speaking English well. But overall, a confortable bus ride so I would recommend. Very easy to book with 12Go.
