Trip was supposed to be 1 hour 50 minutes, it was more than 3. it was good and comfortable but you should provide proper info about the journey.

We went to the given address on the Voucher. There we have been told that we habe to go to another „Counter“, where nobody was sitting. As we had time, we went there again half an Hour later, which means approx. 25minutes from our estimated departure. A guy was there. The guy told us that we will leave in about 5 minutes. We got 4 badges, 2 for our luggage and 2 for us. I asked 3 times if this is a direct Route to Gili Trawangan. The guy Said yes. Direct Route. First we had to Go to two „Taxis“ werde driven close to the Mangrove Tour start, which meant 15-20 Minutes over the Island. And then we had to sit with 12 Person in a very small boat which went through the Mangroves. Our Skipper had to walkt through the water and push us through the flat water. Creepy Situation. After another 45 minutes we arrived at Nusa penida. Where we were not allowed to take our Hand luggage with us to the waiting area. Just for notice: we didnt get a badge for this. So we couldnt be sure to get it back. After 20-30 Minutes of waiting a speedboat came to pick us up. Furthermore no possibility to get to our Hand luggage (so on Drinks or anything Else). The Trip with the Speed boat took about 1.30/1.45 Minutes to Gili Trawangan. We got our hand luggage back. But it was very Dirty. The Trip Took over 3 Hours Instead of 1.50, without many delays, so I guess that the fast time that is indicated is to win customers over better Ferry organisations. We would Not reccomend this Organisation

The trip itself was good but to go to the ferry was a bit bad. Too many people in the same little boat and lot of water got in the boat, people were screaming.. not really good. Ferry was nice and comfy The duration was definitely wrong

The passage of ocean is bumpy, but the scoot boat got us there safely and much quicker than expected! We arrived in 2.5 hours instead of 3 and the air conditioning worked all the way so it was comfortable enough. Waves were heavy at a couple of points as expected, and it was quite rocky but as long as you take travel sickness tablets you’ll be fine. Scoot team handed out water for everyone and kept our luggage on top safe and dry whilst waves came over on the rougher sections.

The ferry actually left 15 minutes early so very much in time and the staff were lovely. We sat on the top deck which was nice to get fresh air but the cabin was air conditioned also. We also saw dolphins!

Our trip started from Lembogan. We checked in their office they checked our ticket said okay wait. We had a short boat ride to Nusa Penida when we got off the boat no one was there waiting for us, we didn't get any info when and from where is our next boat so we asked whoever we see around us. After starting to walk to the big boat station we ask again for directions and just by luck that was a person who were leading other guest from the same company so we went with him. After we arrived there he saw we have no badge (as we didn't know we needed) he said we must go back to the office to collect as without we can't board the ticket. When my boyfriend went back and ask them why we didn't get it in Lembogan and why noone was waiting for us they said someone was wanting but he didn't find us. I was one of the first passengers left the boat no one was waiting. No info no help, it was only luck we ask help from one of their staff. The boat ride was ok but also the boat was half hour late arriving to boarding point and arrived almost 1 h later than original arrival time.

There is no air conditioning in the boat so I really suggest to delete that from everywhere. The boat broke down in the middle of the sea making people feeling sick and with no explanation at all.
