Jolie Mthe staff was insanely rude, there was 4 of us together they took our food which was all sealed in plastic bags, said we weren’t going to eat on the bus but took it regardless however the other vietnamese people was aloud to bring theirs on! Further, the driver grabbed one of my friends legs trying to pull him out of his bed even though he was in the correct seat

Phoebe LNot the driver’s fault but the bus broke down twice and the drive ended up taking over 11 hours. Driver didn’t speak English (fine) but we had no communication about wait time or anything. Very annoying. Even when we tried to use translation apps on our phone to ask.

Didn't regret this at all....booking was very easy we got a great rate and bus journey was very comfortable. Toilet in Sao Viet bus was an added bonus! Excellent booking experience.
