Scott SFirst time experience on sleeping bus, didn’t know what to expect but overall found it an ok experience. Maybe be good to provide a way for curtains to be secured at each end to prevent people from dragging curtains open as they walk by. Also have a means to be able to connect device to tv screen to stream movies etc from phone to screen. If that is already available, provide sticker or something to help people connect and stream.

Aleksandra TNice and warm. Thick, plush blankets. Toilet on the bus. It arrived everywhere way ahead of time, which was a problem for us ( to be dropped off in clthe cold and rain at 3:12 am instead of 5:30 am when you don't have a hotel booked - not cool!). Great communication.
Ao they send vans to pick you up in the pickup spot and then these va s take you to the largwr sleeper bus. They also give a free shuttle to and from the pickup. Excellent!

Matt RThe coach driver has no empathy for passengers - I was constantly being thrown around my cabin and didn’t sleep at all. If the driver was slower and more considerate it may have been a better experience.

Corentin PThe bus was late and they actually send us taxi to bring us to the bus that was at there Dépôt. So we started the trip with an hour late, it is due to Viêtnam but the driver kept honking during the all trip so i couldn't sleep. We had just a few stop to go to the toilet and just one to eat something and thats because we asked them. And overall this they didn't drop me where the bus was suppose to drop me. And i had to take a taxi at midnight to finaly get to my Hôtel that were waiting for me to finaly arrive.

Sebastian NLate, no way to get to the toilet as large items of luggage amd peple sleeping in corridor. This is due to delivery service done by the bus company which takes all space from the hold. Very poor overall. I will need to get a refund for that.
