Marija MIf I could rate this ride with a 0 I'd do that.
First of all, the driver harassed me when I tried to explain that my suitcase cannot go to the cabin which is already small and short for people taller than 170 cm. That kind of behavior is unneceptable. They can't speak English and they don't mind using a translator, but shout and yell in Vietnamese.
Second, the cabin was messy and the blanket was stinky, I didn't even want to touch it.
Last but not least, the drivers were smoking during the ride, and I could smell it. Disgusting!
I wish I could forget this experience as soon as possible.
People who are reading this - don't bother and book a flight instead. This is not an extraordinary experience especially if you sleep in hostels.

Marvin KThe journey itself was overall okay, although we arrived about 3 hours earlier than scheduled, which was a bit unexpected.
However, during the trip we experienced multiple insect bites. At first, we assumed they were mosquito bites, but it later became clear that they were most likely bed bug bites.
We understand that this kind of issue can occasionally happen, but unfortunately it has significantly affected the rest of our trip and caused considerable inconvenience.
We hope this feedback helps improve hygiene standards for future passengers.

Ella SIt was a comfortable journey and the cabin beds were spacious with a cosy blanket included. The only thing I’d say is I wish they stopped more regularly to use the toilet but overall a smooth comfortable journey.

Darby VHonestly I did not have high expectations going into this experience because the recent reviews are quite bad, however, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with my experience. The bus that I was on was on time for pick up, arrived at my destination an hour early, and was pretty smooth overall. The bus that I was on was clean and had not been overbooked, so there were no passengers on the floor like others have reported. There were working charger ports, curtains, lights, etc. The beds were quite small and not particularly comfortable, but it could have been much worse. Points have only been knocked off of my review due to the small, uncomfortable beds, and the initial chaos and disorganization of boarding the bus.

Bev BLoved the idea of the train. Paid extra for a 2 cabin. That was worth it. Some great views, the trolley came round quite a bit, reasonable prices. Hard, uncomfortable bed, very noisy train. But what do you expect for the money.
