Adrian LBus changed to Van when arrive in Lao Cai, then halfway through, car was stuck in the mud, passenger needed to exit the vehicle to help to push the car, later on found out there was a land slide which blocked the road, driver said to sleep in the car for the night until the next morning for escavator to come. Although not entirely their fault, but could have communicated better, waited for 1 hr between change of bus and van.

Carissa super reccomended, the bus is nice, clean, good, on time, there is 1 g8 driver who became our tour guide, he is a good person, can speak English and gives tips to avoid being scammed, his name is Mr. Bắc Đảo.. you can ask for his contact at the bus pool

First they pick you up with the small bus that gets you to the proper one. The driver of the first had to have terrible attitude, as he didn’t bother to properly load luggage in the trunk - the result of it was that I had to hold the big suitcases not to hit my wife, during his crazy driving experience…
Then, once you arrive to their office, where the proper trip starts, you need to go and pick up the ticket based on your reservation - but nobody really tells you that… Once you receive it, nobody tells you when your bus comes, as they cannot speak English at all.
They are in such a hurry that you don’t receive luggage ticket, so actually anybody can steal your luggage at any stop, and there are many on the road.
The bus was alright, but the toilet lacked toilet paper and soap. Although it was clean.
Only go with them if you’re forced to.

Lavinia AAfter 20-30 minutes random walks through random vans in the Noi Bai parking lot, we waited where we specified to be picked up.
Was pretty shocked when someone who we taught it’s a “special” taxi driver turned out to be our driver confirming it by showing us our names and phone numbers screenshot.
He was quite speedy and got us there in 5 hours to Sapa which included a 15 minutes bathroom break. He also left us at the hotel and not our station which we were grateful for. He was friendly and most importantly a fast driver

Francis DI e-mailed them using the address they gave in the confirmation. All my questions were answered truthfully. They even went out of their way to ask the driver to give my mother a little favor so that she is more comfortable during the entire trip. Definitely recommended.

Azzahra Kdefinitely worth the price. the company will send you a confirmation message and confirm that you have arrived at the specific pick-up location via whatsapp.
however, when stopping at the rest area, don’t go too far from where the bus stops. the driver couldn’t speak English and didn’t inform us that the bus was leaving. my friend almost missed the bus yesterday lol 😅
