Unfortunately, when we opened the designated meeting point on Google Maps, it showed the wrong location. Finding a taxi to get there after landing was very difficult, and no taxi driver wanted to take us. Then, a police officer who saw us on the road helped us and ensured our car reached the correct point.

Booked airport transfer for 3 pax and SUV, but our driver came with minivan and he's waiting outside terminal, not the inside after you come out from the immigration gate. I'm so happy with his service, the journey to Halong much better and we managed to nap during the transfer.

The communication and transport worked out great. The speed and space were more than I expected even though it was fully booked. It was a very smooth experience. Soon after I booked the car, I received a text confirming the details of my flight in, and soon after that, the name of the driver and details of the car were confirmed. The driver picked us up from the airport and drove us to our hotel in Ha Long Bay, stopping once for food on the way.
