Kieron MOur experience was not good. We arrived at Hanoi airport. Our car was booked for half past one. However, when we had landed (about 1:15ish), the customer service person messaged us and asked if we were ready. However, our flight was slightly delayed by about 10 minutes. And then the operator kept telling us to hurry up and was moaning at us to say we did not let them know our flight was delayed. Firstly, we provided our flight number when we booked travel, so our flight could have easily been tracked and secondanly, we were in the air, we werent to know that we were going to land late. Also, technically we actually booked the car from 1:30, So technically we were only about 5 minutes late maximum. However, when we got outside after being rushed, the driver was not even at the agreed pick up point. Then we we were dropped to the office to wait for the second driver to continue our journey. So we waited and then we got into a limousine , which was fine and but it was full and we weren't able to recline our chairs all the way back , because we had to sit at the very back. That journey was okay, but then halfway through we stopped at basically the side of the road and was rushed off that limousine bus to go onto another bus, which was not in very good condition.It was dirty, there was no recliner.The door was struggling to close. We were not aware that we would have to be in three different vehicles. We knew that we would change at the office but didnt know about the third time. Next time, we will just pay for a premium grab as that was a similar price.

L BUnfortunately, we had a very poor experience. For a journey of only three hours, we had to change cars twice, which was very inconvenient. In addition, the driver spent a lot of time using his phone while driving, which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The car was also overcrowded, and we barely had enough space to sit comfortably. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we would not recommend this service.

Mindaugas PTechnically it is not 3 hours from the hanoi aiport to nimh binh. Yet it was 3 hours (despite a lot traffic jams, but thanks to brave driving) from Hannoi center to Nimh Binh. Driver takes you from the airport to hanoi center, where you would wait ~30min for the transfer.

The driver arrived fairly quickly, so I didn’t have to wait long. I was even given an upgrade to a larger, modern vehicle (SUV), which I definitely appreciated!
The driver spoke very little English, but that didn’t bother me much, as I was tired from traveling and preferred some quiet time anyway.
However, the driving style was concerning. At times, I genuinely wished I had been driving myself. There was frequent harsh braking, and although traffic - especially in the city - was very intense, it could have been handled more smoothly. In addition, even though it might be common in Vietnam, the driver used the horn excessively throughout the three-hour journey, which became quite irritating and annoying.
The most alarming moment occurred on a fast road when the driver was inattentive and touched a motorbike rider, even hitting her side basket. Fortunately, no one was injured!
The driver’s friendliness was acceptable, but there is definitely room for improvement. Unfortunately, this reflects a pattern I experienced several times during my trip in Vietnam when using private transfers or other forms of transport.
Upon arriving in Ninh Binh, the driver got lost multiple times, despite there being several clear routes shown on the navigation system. In the end, I had to guide him myself. Not a major issue, but certainly not the level of service one would expect for the amount I paid. We ended up driving around Ninh Binh for about 15 minutes unnecessarily.
