One of our nicest night buses- the only time I've felt safe with the drivers driving since being in Vietnam. The shape of the chairs however mean you can lie completely flat and lying on your back even my feet wouldn't fit as my toes hit the bottom of the chair in front- this thankfully didn't affect my sleep as I scrunch to sleep but I'm 5'6. Still though, best bus so far- the safe driving gives it a 10/10 in my mind.

The bus was really great and staff of g8 too but the driver drive really too fast, we arrive with 2 hours in advanced, it’s just impossible to sleep with this speed.

The operator offered a service where if your hotel is within 3km of the drop-off they would take you to your hotel but when I asked for this I got no reply. Their customer service was very poor. They offered to order me a taxi and then quoted me an inflated rate compared to what was available on a popular booking platform. Also the driver reversed into another bus which cracked the glass on the bus and delayed us by over an hour. Would not recommend this operator.

We stepped onto the bus and watched the lights went on and the cockroaches scattered. I lifted up my blanket and saw at least another 20 more run. It was bad. The bus was infested.

We booked a ride from Tam Coc to Sapa. There was 3 of us. I believe the ride was advertised as 6.5 hours. The total trip took 8 hours and was serviced by 2 different vehicles. The first vehicle brought us from Tam Coc to Noi Bai airport where we transferred to a second vehicle to complete the journey to Sapa. So there was some delay in going out of our way for the transfer. We were never told about the transfer until 30 minutes before the transfer took place. The first vehicle was not very comfortable in the back seats as the depth of the seat itself was too short. The second vehicle was very comfortable. Going up the mountain from Lao Cai to Sapa was a bit hair raising as our driver passed several vehicles on what appeared to be blind turns but the turns were mostly very wide and probably safe if the vehicles coming down did not cut the wide corners. On the second leg of this trip the driver had to stop for fuel. Not sure why he did not fill up before the trip. We also stoped once for 25 minutes, and again for 20 minutes. There was construction on the road up the mountain to Sapa where we had to stop and wait for about 15 minutes. So the thing that I have the most problem with is the lack of communication. I already mentioned one area. Another is that the service company did not confirm to us the ride, and there was no way to contact the company, so we were very nervous about the driver showing up. He was 10 minutes late. That's not bad but I would have liked to have received a message that he was on his way and a message at least the day before from the service company confirming the ride.

Overhaul good ride. The only thing the 1st driver on the 2nd April Tam Coc to Sapa was really unrespectful with the passenger. Rough talking and finger pointing to do this or not or to get back on the bus. This guy need a good pet talk to reset is brain. Your valued passengers aren't cattle.
