The bus was on time, the sleeper bed was very comfortable, we arrived in Sapa a little later than 7:30pm but had no issues throughout the trip.

We had a meeting at 5:45 am, the bus left at 7:00 am, the scheduled arrival time was 1:00 pm, and we arrived at 4:00 pm, 3 hours late. Otherwise, the bus was clean and had Wi-Fi, which was very convenient.

Excellent service — the night bus that took me from Ninh Binh to Sapa was very clean and comfortable. Upon arrival in Sapa, a free shuttle service takes passengers to their respective hotels.

We took a VIP sleeper bus from Ninh Binh to Sapa. The departure was a bit chaotic as there were several busses and it was unclear which one we needed to take, but all in all it was a really smooth experience!

Positive first time sleeper bus experience from Ninh Binh to Sapa. Bus only left a little later than expected but arrived an hour early to the destination. They call names during boarding, driver puts your luggage under the bus, and tells you which cabin is assigned. You put your shoes into a plastic bag before getting on. No shoes aboard to keep the environment clean which I really appreciate. The cabin is as pictured. Comfortable enough especially for shorter people. Comes with small pillow, throw blanket, bottled water, and hand wipe. Recommend booking one person per cabin. They make stops for toilet. Would use this company again.
