Jade Loud old dusty bus. Was expecting more for a 14 hour journey but I guess you get what you pay for. My seat was ripped and air con, charging port and light didn’t work, and the console was covered in crumbs and dust. Got woken up by being hit in the head with a box being dragged off by a staff at one of the stops. I thought the other reviews stating ‘treated like cattle’ were far fetched but they were spot on. There was even a poor dog under the bus shoved in with all the bags, panting and clearly stressed. Was very unclear what time the bus was actually meant to arrive, the app said arrive at 19:30, then a WhatsApp message said 20:00, but no bus turned up until gone 21:00 and when I contacted the hotline to ask they ignored me. The guy at the office was rude and refused to give any information to us because we didn’t book with him when he clearly knew what busses were coming and when. So badly organised and I was sent a bunch of messages asking to leave 5 stars for a discount on various other businesses connected to the bus company.

Georgia SWrong pick up location so half the bus was waiting in a different place. When we did go to the right location, half of the tickets had been resold for cash so people who had advance tickets were left behind. Some people were made to share despite paying for their own beds and so one of the workers could have his own. Extremely rude staff giving conflicting instructions, shouting aggressively and pushed my friend off the bus after just telling her to get on. Shouting at people throughout the journey who were just asking for reassurance of where the bus was going. Driving extremely erratically and fast, at one point clipped something (a bike or motorbike) and swerved but sped on. Randomly told a couple at a remote service station that it was the last stop and they needed to get off causing them huge distress, despite the fact we were going on to Hoi An. Played obnoxiously loud techno music from the speakers from 5am so nobody could sleep. Opening people’s cabins to snatch blankets and pillows from them.

Simone GThe bus company gave all of us (more than 20 people) the wrong meeting point. It already seemed strange to us, as the location was in a very busy area in Tam Coc. There was no way to contact anyone. Only 10 minutes after the scheduled departure time, we were informed via WhatsApp about the correct location and basically had to rush there on foot.
On the bus, we were then told that the two of us had to share a single cabin, even though we had specifically booked a VIP 24 bus ticket. Four other couples were in the same situation and had to share cabins as well, despite having booked separate ones.
Shortly after Da Nang, we stopped in a back alley for about 15 minutes, where some kind of packages were unloaded from the bus.
We finally arrived in Hoi An with a delay of 1.5 hours and almost missed our ferry to Cham Island because of this.
The staff on the bus were very unfriendly and did not speak any English at all. I am usually not very demanding, but the way people are treated here is simply not acceptable. There are so many great bus companies in Vietnam – I would never travel with this one again.

Julian DRide of as perfect and fast. Stopped 3 times for going to the toilet. The only thing that was missing was a toilet in the bus. But the stops were timed good.

There were no toilet on coach. The places they stoped for bathroom breaks were afwal to say the least.
Overall it was below avarage.

Georgiarose NBus was comfortable but the ride ended in Da Nang and we were told to get off and take a mini bus the rest of the journey. This was not communicated to us beforehand so came as a surprise.
The blanket provided was very thin

Bailey GPaid for my own seat with curtains and some space and instead ended up sleeping shoulder to shoulder with 2 other people and had no space to myself

Jamie Good organisation at the travel agency but the bus was over 1.5 hours late the driver was rude and stopped randomly without informing us of stops, toilet on the bus didn’t work and the driving was madness

Gloria The bus was quite late, and the first bus was barely “modern.” One of the USB ports wasn’t working, one of the AC vents had tape on it, and there was no water available on the bus. It was also not always clear when we had arrived at a destination or to the bathroom, who needed to get off, and we often felt rushed.
That said, the driver was polite, and the operator responded quickly when we contacted them about the delay.
The second bus that took us from Da Nang to Hoi An was better.
