Leonard RI was lying in the bus, way in the back on the right, my bed creaked and perfectly reflected the road conditions. And unfortunately, the bus owner sent me six messages about his tailor shop and food restaurants in Hoi An, which I don't find professional – I didn't ask any questions. However, I did like the message about the scooter riders telling us to watch our wallets.

Dawn PFun ride from what I remember. I slept most of the time. Like the sleep you get when falling asleep in your parent's vehicle. I could stretch out or sit up and watch the scenery go by in the morning. The phone charger didn't work, which caused a bit of stress the following day.

Kirsty FAs someone who gets extremely bad motion sickness especially on buses, I was super nervous for this trip.
The bus was running late, however, the operator messaged me to give me the heads up so I wasn't waiting at the bus station, we were about 2 hours late in total getting to Hoi An.
The sleeping cabins were spacious enough as a 5ft5 female, and once I got settled, I managed to get some sleep.
The driver did honk the horn pretty much all night and one stop for a toilet break in 14 hours is not really ideal. However, knowing what you're getting yourself in for and it actually being a totally fine way to do the distance, I was pleasantly surprised.

Zbynek BBus staff is helpful. They waited for me, when we couldnt find the bus. I forget glasses there and they delivered it to me. I recommend.

Alessia We Didn’t stop for the toilet. Not even once. We were felt in hue in the middle on the high way, at the entrance of the city. Driver was driving fast and with all the movement I couldn’t sleep at all. The blanket were used multiple times between passengers which comes and go.

We booked this bus because of its arrival time to our destination on New Years Eve. Quite disappointed that it arrived over 1 hour late so we arrived at about 12.45 instead of 11.30pm. Many stops to drop off/pick up cargo so the bus felt like it was less of a passenger vehicle and more of a freight vehicle.

Grace HThe bus went in a circle twice, picking up what seemed like unscheduled people. We were stopped for 45 minutes by a transit cop stop, unable to get off the bus during this time. The bus didn’t go to the drop off point which was not previously communicated. We were told to get off the bus and that a second taxi was coming, and that the taxi was free to the main destination drop off point. One of our luggage bags was wet, smelt like urine. Poor communication overall & we ended up arriving at 1:45am instead of scheduled 10:30pm. Only 3 toilet breaks for 12 hour journey.

Jana NWe loved our first sleeper bus ride, even though we were a little bit anxious as we are both tall (1,76m and 1,91m), we were pretty comfortable.
Due to the street conditions it is a bumpy ride from Ninh Binh to Hoi An, but the time flew by.
