Daniel me, my friend and a lot of other passengers we talked to were having a really bad experience driving with this operator.
so first, we got like 3 different positions where we could have getting picked up: 1. in the app, 2. per mail and 3. via whatsapp.
when we arrived at the location mentioned in whatsapp, we found other passengers waiting already.
further, the bus had a 30-45 minute delay. when it finally came the operator was screaming like really hard at all of us and rushed us crazy. like we were the reason you are late.
he tried to force everybody to put their stuff in the luggage area. some people wanted to take their bag with them into the cabin for their personal reasons, but he tried to force us with screaming at us individually to put it in back. we refused.
when we were going into the bus he was standing there and screamed at everybody walking in with a backpack, again. nevertheless, we had to take our shoes (and socks) off to put them into a bag. there was one girl which had her shoes tied to her backpack. she wanted to put them in the bag at her bed to let the stream of people continue into the bus, but the old angry man did not let her pass. he rather screamed at her again to untie it faster while behind her other people were pressuring her to get inside, poor girl.
an other girl had a closed bag of chips hanging from her backpack. the angry man told her that it is not allowed bc everything will be dirty. she explained to him, that she wont open it to keep everything clean. this grown ass man took / stole her bag of chips from her.
when we were on the road making toilet breaks, the man would not wake up everybody in a normal way. he went outside the bus, walked around it and beat with his fist as hard as he could against the windows. a normal way of waking up would be effective in the same way.

Poor driving, heavy braking and too much honking, we are trying to sleep and the driver didn’t care.

There was water available in the bus, they make a lot of stops to go to the toilet en the bus driver is quit. And moreover the bus was there sooner than expected. So it was an amazing night bus!

Kumuthini KWe were told to arrive one hour earlier than the departure time. We were then taken by a small van to another location, where we had to wait for over an hour in a small, crowded room full of people and luggage. The bus eventually arrived late.
My assigned bed was at the very back of the bus, directly above the second driver. I became extremely nauseous because of this location. It was also right next to the toilet, and the door was constantly left open after people used it, so I had to push it closed from my bed every time.
When I felt like I was going to throw up, I found another available bed and, using a translation app, asked the driver if I could move there. He agreed, but at another stop I was forced to move back because new passengers were getting on.
The driving was also very concerning. The driver drove dangerously, constantly honked, and even hit another car's side mirror, knocking it off.
The charging port at my bed didn't work either. The beds themselves were comfortable, which was one of the few positive things.
The hygiene was disappointing as well. When passengers got off, the staff simply folded the used blanket and placed a new bottle of water on the bed for the next passenger. So you are expected to sleep under a blanket that someone else has already used.
Overall, a very unpleasant experience. The comfortable beds were the only real positive. The poor organization, hygiene, communication, and especially the dangerous driving made this journey very disappointing.
