Great ! They were 20 min late but it was well communicated. The ride was comfortable, with ac. They also dropped all of us to our respective hostels and homestays which was super nice and convenient!

The seats are not very comfortable. Skinny seats and when the person in front of you reclines, the headrest is right in your face. Also bus arrived 20 minutes late

Perfect trip from Tam Coc to Mai Chau. Highly recommended. On time. Wifi in the bus. We lost half an hour waiting a couple (two disrespectful idiots) in their hotel in Tam Coc. But nothing bad to say about the bus company. They can pick you up in your hostel and drop you off where you want in Mai Chau.
