The cabin is very comfortable. Was expecting a smaller space but it was great (for my height 1.82 m). The bus was a bit delayed but still got to the destination on time.

Ninh Binh--Da Nang The bus drivers are incredibly disrespectful and rude, and do not even listen when you ask when you can use the bathroom or eat. They just wave you off even when you make an effort to communicate about something. On top of that, they packed us in the back of the bus with all of our big bags instead of putting them in the bag department under the bus, and when we arrived, the rushed everyone so much that we weren't even able to get out in time with all of our bags before the bus took off again. They had to turn around and drop us off across the street while one of my bags was left out on the street unattended, because they had pulled away from the stop less than a minute after they arrived, even thought 10 or 15 people had to get off with all their stuff. Then once we were dropped back off near our bags, they had the audacity to yell and rush us again (there was literally no other cars on the street, they just decide when they want to rush some people and not others). Just a total lack of regard, at least for foreign passengers, treating us like dogs who don't ever need to know whats going on or when we will be able to eat, use the bathroom, etc. This was extremely frustrating when we were trying to be as nice, understanding, and communicative as possible with them.

Overall, the bus and everything was good. I am giving this rating only because of the driver and attendant. I was carrying food on board which they didn't let me take inside - i totally understood this as this is an acceptable practice. However, later when the bus stopped at the resting point. The driver didn't let me fetch the food to eat outside the bus. Hello typically locked the bus and went away for 20 mins atleast to the restaurant he had stopped at. Hello was even point at me to get the food from the restaurant. Eventually, I slept empty stomach and my food ( simple banh mi) went stale until the next day we reached and I had to throw it away. Not sure about his arrangment with the restaurant but, this definitely spoiled my overall experience. @team, please check such things don't happen because of the staff on board.

Cabin was in the last carriage. Not very clean. Tow nails on the floor. Dried in syrup on wall. Toilet in the carriage was so dirty and people kept going in there to smoke. Beds rock hard and uncomfortable. We paid £60/bed which is extortionate for what you get.

Overnight train from Ninh Binh to DaNang, purchased tickets in advance. Recommend as a good addition on a travel plan. Snack boxes and drinks provided on journey, lots of up selling.
