Bad, got a over booked, get a text arround 1 am to tell me that has a problem in ac and after was a problem of over booking,

Dear 12Go Customer Support, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing regarding my recent bus journey booked through 12Go, as I experienced several issues that significantly affected my comfort, safety, and overall experience. 1. Reserved front seat not provided I paid an additional fee to reserve a front seat, mainly for extra legroom, adjustable seating, and a more comfortable ride. These front seats typically offer approximately 50 cm more legroom compared to the seats further back in the bus, which is clearly reflected in the seat selection and pricing. As a taller European passenger, this additional space is particularly important. Unfortunately, this seat preference was not honored, and I was seated close to the back of the bus in a very tight space. Meanwhile, other passengers who indicated they had not paid for these seats were seated in the front and reclined their seats fully, further limiting my legroom. 2. Confusing departure time communication The evening before departure, I received a message via the app stating that I needed to be present at 11:15 due to an earlier departure. To ensure compliance, I arrived at 10:45. However, the bus eventually departed at 12:00, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience due to the conflicting information. 3. Defective headrest Unfortunately, the headrest of my seat was not functioning properly. This resulted in discomfort throughout the journey and has caused neck pain afterward. 4. Driving style and safety concerns I would also like to mention that the driving felt quite aggressive, especially considering the road conditions. This made the journey feel less safe and comfortable than expected. 5. Security concerns during frequent stops Approximately every 45 minutes, the driver required all passengers to exit the bus during stops. During these breaks, the bus was left open and unattended, with passengers’ personal and valuable belongings still inside. As passengers, we were unable to close the bus doors ourselves, as they are electronically operated. This situation caused understandable concern regarding the safety of our belongings and should be handled more responsibly. ⸻ Refund request Given the above points, and as the service provided did not match what was booked and paid for, I kindly request a refund for this journey. I believe this would be a fair resolution under the circumstances. I value 12Go as a booking platform and hope we can resolve this matter quickly and amicably. I look forward to your response. The departure time was punctual. The driver was careful abd curtious. The baby was super comfortable

We had to pay an extra 600 d for both trips to Da Lat and back; for that money we could have taken a private taxi. Besides, the drivers weren't exactly friendly.

We were unable to make the trip because of flooding

Good pick up point, though it was changed at the last minute. Driver was brusque to the point of being extremely rude to all the passengers. The van was uncomfortable. Reclining your seat meant crushing the legs of the person behind. On the back seats it was not possible to see out, and it was incredibly bumpy. People on the back seat felt sick and literally were being bounced out of their seat. We were dropped off a little out of town, not near anywhere to easily shelter from the heavy rain and call cabs in the dry. So yes we got here, but it was a bit dismal!

The A/C was so weak and the roads have many twist so take tablets before if you get motion sickness. Seats are comfy tho and the stop was so pretty by a river!

It wasn’t the service we paid for. We chose the more expensive transportation option which was titled “city hotel transfer” to make it easier in the morning. However on the morning while we were eating breakfast we were told we had to walk to a random café 45 mins earlier than our hotel pick up was supposed to be. They originally said that big vehicles weren’t allowed to access the road that our hotel was on despite the fact that we had seen buses drive down there regularly during our stay. Then I said no problem and that we would walk to the next street, however they sent a link with a location a 10 min walk away. If I wanted to walk 10 mins with a 20kg backpack on in the heat I would have bought the cheaper ticket with a different operator that didn’t brand itself as a “city hotel transfer”.

Back window seats are uncomfortable, the space is too tight. Otherwise, everything was ok
