Sophia This cabin was not suitable for a tall person. I was put in the middle section of the bus and had just two curtains on my sides. If you struggle being in small spaces or have phobia you will get stressed. Another thing was, the bus started half an hour later because we had to be transferred to a station outside of Ho chi min. Also, no stops were made during the 6+ hour journey. I wouldn’t recommend.

Eng HTransport was rescheduled 3 hours later n I missed an important appointment. When the bus came, no proper communication given n I did ask the people loading luggage about the correct bus as I booked a "Sleeper bus"; but what came was a seat type. After much query, one mentioned it's a transfer bus. After transferring bus, along the journey, there was no stops for us to eat. From 8 am till about 7 pm, I did not have anything to eat. It would be much appreciated if transport providers do take note that passengers may need to eat along the way. Thank you

Greg OTrip took 8 hours instead of the advertised 6 hours.
At the end the bus finished at different address to what was advertised.

Julia SEerst probeerde ze ons over te halen om een bed te delen, terwijl we wel betaald hadden voor 2. Toen moest er iemand uit een bed zodat ik daar kon liggen, maar zijn spullen bleven wel in het hokje liggen? Het bed was vies en stonk naar rook. Toen ik mijn rugzak terug kreeg zat hij helemaal onder de vlekken.

Yogesh GDriver was polite and on time. Vehicle was ok. However, driver did not took expressway to Nha trang. He drove through mui ne. I guess it would have saved one hour.

Aidan The bus was late and the driver drove like crazy. We were rocking side to side all night and heavy breaking. Not a smooth ride at all. The AC also wasn’t great inside the cabin

Lesley RWe read much negative comments about the train journey so booked soft seats and split our journey but our only regret is not booking the sleeper 4 birth cabin and taking the bottom bunks. There were not many people booked in them.
The toilets were also absolutely fine despite the bad comments we had read.
The train was busy but not packed and with regular food carts and a carriage with food as an optional the journey was absolutely fine and so much cheaper than flying!I would recording this journey but careful as you get off the train if the taxi drivers!!! Look at grab and book if needed.
