Natalina The bed was very hard, the room smelt like urine, every hour someone would bang on the door trying to sell you food! I just wish my daughter had of opted for the 1 hour flight I wanted to take rather than the 19hr “train experience” option.

Aaron Absolutely the worst. Bus was two and a half hours late. There is no bus stop, you're waiting at a gas station. I ended up cancelling and took a train. Hotline was not even reachable, they kept hanging up on me until I found them on WhatsApp. Truly horrible.

Megan LI booked domestic airplane but as a foreigner I thought terminal 1 as it's Ho Chi Minh to Danang. But I had to scramble to get to Terminal 3! Lucky I had ample time.

Edwin We booked 4 tickets together but when we got to the train we were split. Locals get better spots. But the toilets were kept clean. Food options were not great. We took water and snacks.
