DO NOT BOOK WITH! We were told to show up half an hour early to some random address that was sent to us on WhatsApp. Thankfully there were other people there too. However they were 50 minutes late - with no communication at all even after multiple people tried texting and calling them. Eventually they show up - not in the “VIP LIMOUSINE” van as advertised but a massive coach. Drives us two hours to near Tam Coc, then just pulls over in some random industrial area and driver gets off. No communication. Everyone is confused because this isn’t where we had paid to go. Driver waves and shouts through the window but we still have no idea what’s going on. He comes back into the bus and waves and shouts for us to get off. We then get off and are met with a bunch of van drivers shouting Tam Coc over and over. These are the vans that they advertise as doing the whole trip in, but they only do 10 minutes of the over 2 hour journey. They put mine and my partners bags into one van after just shouting Tam Coc at us, however there is no seats in the van so I say this, I get met with more shouting Tam Coc, when he eventually gets what I am saying he just points at the next van and says Tam Coc. I ask to get our bags so we aren’t separated, and guess what I’m met with? More shouting Tam Coc. Eventually we get to Tam Coc. After them being late, not communicating, lying about the bus we would be in, doing a transfer which was not mentioned and having overall terrible customer service, I mean we nearly had to end up getting a grab to Tam Coc as all of us waiting thought we had been scammed. Only plus was that the bus was comfy.

Pickup was on time. The van from hanoi to ninh binh was to small for all the baggage, so the most of them were in the middle of the van. The seats were comfortable

Car was 2 hours late from booking time. We were made to change bus near Tam Coc. Driver dropped off 6 minutes from hotel in the middle of nowhere, with suitcase. I had to call Grab to hotel . Imagine if my phone has no reception.

Good experience went smoothly. Was slightly later and they didn’t really explain how the transfers worked so it was confusing at first. You meet at a travel office in the French Quarter then a van takes you to another bus station for the main limo. They drive you to Ninh binh city. Then another driver said they’d take us to Tam Coc for 50k VND each.
