Oxana RUpon arriving at the Hanoi office, we were transported to the main station by shuttle service and asked to wait until our names were called to board the bus. As buses were arriving and departing, around 20:30 (my scheduled departure time), I asked an employee (a man with an earring and beige rubber sandals) about my bus. He responded rudely, saying, “You’ve been told the bus is running late, just sit and wait,” even though no one had informed me that my bus was delayed.
As more time passed and additional buses continued to arrive and leave, I decided to check the buses myself. I then found my exact bus about to depart, but my name had never been called. If I had not gone to check on my own, I would have missed the bus.

Jeffrey GThe bus was very comfortable, despite some bumps in the road along the route. The driver had a very relaxed and smooth driving style. The compartment is sufficiently equipped, with AC, charging ports and a blanket. There is also a restroom at the back of the bus. However, I could not get the wifi, the screen and the provided headphones to work, which is disappointing but not a deal breaker. Also, we arrived 30 minutes late, which was no issue for us but still worth mentioning. Overall satisfied with the value of this experience.

Vasanth BTrip was fantabulous and I really had a good time in the train for the first time. The right was comfortable and stuff from 12Go really took the time to find me in the busy station and hand over the tickets to me. I really appreciate the effort and would recommend 12Go to all my friends and family were travelling together. Dylan DThey made is come 1 hour before departure because we were going to leave sooner only to wait 1h in the bus for 1 late comer and departure was even ́later then the initial hour. Staff unfriendly. WiFi was bad, bluethooth didn't work and the two stops were way too little.

Catherine BI received a text 6 hours before the bus was due to leave, saying that the departure time was now 4.30pm, not 6.30pm. I replied asking a question but no one got back to me.
I then got a further message just before 4pm, asking where I was. The driver/staff were rude on arrival and wouldn’t put our luggage under the bus and insisted it when in our cabins:beds with us! Luckily the bus wasn’t full, as the one nice member of staff agreed that we could move it later.
The rude member of staff also kicked my husbands foot, as he had it out in the aisle (he’s 6ft 4) to tell him he couldn’t have his foot in the aisle.
We arrived at the wrong bus station at 4.30am, so 1.5 hours early, so we couldn’t check into our hotel. All in all, it was a terrible journey.
