Bus was overbooked, had to sit on the floor for 5 hours. Drivers kept the mood up by their attitude the entire time. as title says, bus was overbooked so me and a few others had to sit on the floor from Munich all the way to Graz (where some people left which gave space for us), absolutely unacceptable in terms of customer care, let alone road safety. If I wouldn’t have had to take that bus to see my girlfriend after quite some time I would’ve refused to board the bus. They also charged 4 EUR per piece of luggage which I’ve never heard of before (at least not in Germany / Western Europe).
