Our original bus was cancelled. Thankfully we able to convince another bus to take us. There was no message informing us of the cancellation, no one at any counter.

1. I did receive the booking confirmation from 12Go, but the bus operator did not have my booking on their system and refused to issue a ticket. 2. The service was officially canceled by the operator, and there was no replacement bus provided. 3. I did not board any other bus service as a substitute, so I have not received any part of the service. I request a full 100% refund in accordance with the operator’s and 12Go’s terms for canceled services.
