unfortunetely the drivers and comminicater could not speak English, but they told to be at Mengwi Terminal 1h earlier as the booking time, so it was a big rush in the morning and in the end they were late, so they arrived at the offical booking time - also the driver smoked in the bus, which is prohibited for eveyone else and the air in the was not good - in general we had a nearly 2 hours delay in Banyuwangi - otherweise it was a usual bus ride and the ferry ticket was included
