Suhayl AWe booked 5 segments. We did not receive Uzbek Rail ticket from Tashkent to Khiva sleeper. We only received 12go voucher and had great difficulty in boarding train. The attendant would not allow. Fortunately, one Uzbek passenger went inside the station and found a railway official who could confirm from his mobile database. We wrote several mails to 12go but got no favourable response. We almost missed the train. Our other four segments were ok.
