12Go did not issue my voucher for the return ticket ffom Naga to PITX for Sept 21, 2025, 9:00 am. I paid ₱5,923.07 for the return tickets. They issued only the voucher for Sept 18, 2025, 10:30 am. The bus was delayed for an hour and we reached Naga at 12:00 midnight, which was originally 8:30 pm. Please issue me the return voucher for Sept 21, Naga to PITX, 9:00 pm.
