I understand that it’s holiday season. However, my key consideration when booking for public transpo (bus for this instance) is accessibility to restrooms and comfortable seating. The bus that I rode is full (literally) to the extent that the center aisle/passage way is occupied with passengers. Not only I am unable to use the built-in toilet (as needed) but our safety and lives were placed at high risk.

Both driver and conductor are very attentive and respectful. They really take good care of their passengers. From security to ticketing. We'll take the Partas Bus anytime. Thank you for your excellent service. The only suggestion I have is that I wish Partas would honor the confirmation sent to our celfones if the confirmation receipt has not been printed. Maybe indicate on the confirmation receipt that passenger/s need to have the receipt printed.

Late umalis yung bus. Matagal yung byahe for a 10pm trip. Sobrang mahal yung fare para sa seat/bus. Tapos required iprint yung voucher.

The bus is marked as luxury, however the bus company put passengers into the center aisle for extra seats. In other countries like Thailand and Viet Nam this is not happening. I found this greedy on behalf of the the bus company.

charging ports are useless . it was a long trip and their charging ports are either slow or not working at all . a lil late for departure . waiting area is ok , wish its a lil colder (there's an AC but it doesnt feel cold)
