Seems like the booking website is not aligned sa bus liner. They're asked for a printed copy of the reciept at di daw pwede hindi printed. Not comfortable. Di din alam ng driver kungkanino ibibigay yung printed reciept.

The trip was delayed half and hour (meaning that the time in our tickets was not correct) and the online tickets were not valid, so we were requested to pay extra for them to print them.

The operator or terminal didn't know how to handle our online booking. We got shouted at the bus and embarassed us, they didn't know about our booking even though we show them proof. I hope we won't encounter this next time because they literally embarassed us. And I hope the operator will have their own printer for the passengers

I also needed to print the voucher in a 1st floor print shop to get a boarding ticket from the second floor ticket booth 4. Also finding those two places was not a quick task. Has never been this hard to get in a bus you have already paid ticket in advance.
