Manila to Baguio Destination Reviews

JH
Jan H
During our return trip from Baguio to Manila, we encountered an issue at the counter when we were informed that my ticket had already been redeemed. I am unsure how this could have happened, as I had not used it prior to that moment. The staff had to backtrack and review ticket copies, which took more than 30 minutes to resolve. This caused a delay in our scheduled departure time (March 2- 5am). I respectfully suggest that Victory Liner review this incident and implement measures to prevent similar issues in the future, to ensure a smoother and more efficient experience for passengers.

I wish the foot platform can be more adjusted to higher level to accommodate less than 5foot passengers like me :)

Booked the VIP bus, was unfortunately sat next to the toilet, which made out seat pitch a tad smaller too. I feel as though it did not picture the toilet on the seat map… otherwise I would have chosen other seats. So maybe don’t sit in the middle of the bus just incase
