Malacca to Kuala Lumpur Destination Reviews

Very disappointed

We had bought our tickets online. At the station, we first had to go to a counter to exchange our digital tickets for printed ones. After that, we could go through the gates, although they didn’t work at first. Our 11:30 AM bus had apparently been combined with the 11:15 AM bus. We even asked the staff what time our bus would leave and showed them our tickets. They told us it would depart at 11:30 AM. The station itself was very chaotic. All the buses arrived except ours, and nothing showed up at the platform listed on our ticket. Eventually, they called out our names over the loudspeaker. That’s when we found out that our bus was actually leaving at 11:15 AM from a different platform. This was never communicated to us, nor was it displayed anywhere. It was nice that they called our names so we didn’t miss the bus, but overall the experience was very chaotic and confusing.

I took the tockets out of the page, but the QR didn't work and at the station I had to talk to the workers so I could access the platform.

Great company and driver, would definitely book again! Proactive and informative messages ahead of the ride. The driver was very pleasant, organized a break really well, handled luggage responsibly and in general delivered us to the airport feeling happy and relaxed.

Bus left the station at 320 ish (scheduled to leave at 230. Then we arrived in KL around 830 (Scheduled to arrive at like 430 ish). Whilst the traffic on the journey wasn’t the operators fault, the significant delay to begin the journey was. However, there was nothing wrong with the bus itself. And whilst the seat was a bit dirty, I guess that’s what you get with such a cheap fare.
