Bus was already 55 minutes late at pick-up. Made a toilet stop literally 5 minutes before arrival at TBS. No one helped with luggage, no luggage tags.

The driver stopped a couple times to pickup a friend. He was 45 minutes late arriving in KL. A passenger confronted the driver and the drivers friend about it and they were quite aggressive.
