Not luxury travel by any means but a good trip overall. Bus seats did not recline and had no USB for charging phones but it was a fairly short ride from Malacca to Kuala Lumpur so we didn’t mind. Bus was also a few minutes late. This was not enough to pose any problems for us. Note that they don’t allow you to bring soft drinks on the bus -water only.

I eventually reached my final destination with a big delay but my evaluation is not higher due to the fact that the trip I booked via 12Go with Melor Interline Company was canceled without any notice. Once I arrived at the bus station, I did the check-in at the counter and they gave me a ticket for a different time. When I asked explanation to understand why I couldn't leave with the bus I booked, they just replied I had to wait for the next one. There was the possibility to catch a previous bus, but they didn't let me in saying it was full event though there was still room (and the bus didn't have any intermediate stops along the way, so no new passengers would have join the trip).
