Bus was half hour late coming into Mak and than delayed at border we arrived 2 hrs late in Mostar. Bus driver was experienced and drove pretty safely. Bus driver should check that people have right border documents at the departure, so we do not wait on one passenger without proper documents for an hour. Or at least, why should whole bus wait for one passenger who did not get his/her docs correct. They should be left behind to get the taxi to destination. Also, instead of dropping some of us passengers of at the West bus station in Mostar (which we were supposed to go to), they dropped us off at the East bus station, so it inconvenienced us that we had to get taxis to get back the other side.

Terrible driver. We had 2 drivers and the first one was horrible at driving. She was swerving left and right on the motorway, almost as she was drunk or something. Luckily, the second chauffeur was decent at driving and the rest of the trip went a lot better.

Very scenic route. Driving was smooth and nice. The bus was 20mn late in Makarska, arrived to the destination (Mostar) 30mn late. No excuse, no explanation. The driver let his phone ring all the way, talking on the phone constantly. The border crossing was strange. First, he stopped the bus to go to a gas station right after exiting Croatia, without saying anything to the passengers, to come back with a plastic bag. Then he was bringing to the Bosnian police some water(?) bottles or something. Maybe it's just a normal procedure. But it would be nicer if he communicate better with the passengers. He also picked up a guy on the way that he dropped off somewhere there were no bus stop. The guy paid him with some cash. He also picked up some packages from people on the way. All these seemed quite obscure.

In the end we arrived fine to Mostar. Bus was delayed by 30 mins, we arrived to Mostar with 1,5 h delay (this was also because of the border control). Quite long smoking breaks which weren't necessary.

Balkan ways of life. There was 1 hour 20 min delay. We were waiting for long time on a border without explanation what's going on. The driver told us the extra fee for luggage is 1 euro, but then requested to pay 2 euros, no idea why - no receipt given. The seatbelt was broken and couldn't click in place (no safety). The road was bumpy and I felt like falling off the seat few times. Also the driver stopped abruptly on multiple occasions. The seat in front of me was pulled back and I had very little space for myself.
