Arrived ready for departure, wasn’t told till after departure time that we were delayed 2.5 hours. Left 3.5 hours late, driver also kept turning around and stopping. Van was squished - not same bus as advertised. Arrived 4 hours late

AC worked and the ride was kinda relaxing bc we had a really careful driver! Bc of that we arrived a lil later which I didn’t mind. Only downside was that they picked us up 1h later& did not really communicate that beforehand. Luckily they respond fast on WhatsApp so we knew that they did not forget about us

the driver was 1 hour to late.to take us to the van. as a result, we have to drive to khiaw with a local bus, that cost 120000kip. we are very frustrated.

very crowded but fit the price. no AC so windows had to be fully open. Almost two hours late leaving. Driver was very good and he got us there.

Pick up location was not clear. Van was old and overbooked, departed 1.5hrs late. Drive was ok, given road conditions. Van then broke down, requiring a 2hr stop to repair suspension, this 7km from Nong Khiaw - no alternate vehicle was called for the remaining 10minute drive.
