Beware of other operators pretending to be this company at the pier and telling you the small boat is cancelled for the day. They will tell you to book with their large boat! Run away. 12go T&Cs clearly states it does not refund due to weather conditions. If small boats can no longer journey to Nusa Penida due to conditions, (which happens frequently) Wijaya Buyuk will adjust your trip to Padang Bai then from Padang you have to find your own way to Nusa Penida from Kusamba Pier. This is for the same cost, with Padang Bai to NP ticket costing an additional 150k + 15min transport to Kusamba Pier. (We paid 400k for two people for transport and the additional ferry.) I think 12go should take more care about selling this small ferry that can’t travel often and giving no refunds.

Bangsal to Nusa Penida. we had a short delay of 20 minutes. but it was ok sitting in the warung. the boat was new and the AC was working. it was a bumpy ride and the captain slowed down a bit, what was good. would recommend it again

Ran late, had to buy a drink to sit upstairs, no WiFi, people smoking outside was smelly and revolting. We had also been listed (at the office), as booked by the agent on entirely the wrong boat.

We had a great trip from Lombok to Nusa Penida. The boat was timely and felt safe. There were visible and accesible life jackets. Luckily the boat was big, so we were only minimally disturbed by the waves. Very pleased.

Great boat! Nice & big you don’t feel the waves at all, very good staff friendly & well organised / professional. Offering mints & water for free & there’s a cool drinks menu if you would like to order something else. Boat left exactly on time & took even quicker than expected.

Lots of legroom, friendly staff, efficient system. Boat was late departing and nobody updated the guest why etc. Boat stopped about 8 times on the water maybe engines were shutting down. No safety advice given. Where is the life preservers. It’s a fair value but maybe more communication advising guests.
