Glenn DSafe and very good drivers. When it comes.to stop over, hopefully you guys give the driver atleast 3hrs interval so that they can rest and stretch there legs, and also so.that the passengers is not getting dehydrated as the stop over are only got 2 stops to get bevearage and food.

Ronald EAs it was my first time to take Penafrancia and to Bicol I was very excited about the trip. The trip to Bicol was good. The seats were spacious ( seat no. 14) and there is plenty of legroom Surprisingly there was no pocket for snacks or drinks. There was no video playing, no wifi coverage and there was no USB socket to plug into and charge the device. in this time and age of internet. Most buses have these features and is badly missed in a 14 hour trip like this. While most of the time the ride was rough and bumpy. Kudos to the driver for keeping us safe.
On the trip going back to Manila this time Of was on seat #17. It was in front of the WC and there was a metal barrier/railing in front of me. Not only there was no pocket for snacks and drinks. There was no legroom at all. It was so tight that I was forced to put my overnight bag in the bus compartment below. With tight space. The seats are not as wide/spacious as on my first bus coming to Legazpi. The seats are narrow like on a regular bus. So trip began and the ride was bumpy and rough as well. But to make matters most the toilet started smelling. And i was in front of it so it was horrible. I did not enjoy the whole experience.
The buses are noticeably older. I must admit I did not enjoy the experience at all.

Joyce KOverall, we had a comfortable experience with the trip. Bus and cr were clean. And driver & conductor were helpful & friendly. 2 hrs prior my trip, a DLTB staff also called me to confirm my booking and reminded me to print the voucher. I think printing the voucher was the only inconvenient part of the process because the Qr code is already there in digital format so I don't understand the point of printing it. The trip was also estimated 10hrs but was 13hrs in total (Legazpi - Manila) but understandable since it was just an estimate. But overall if it weren't for the printing of the voucher, it would be a seamless process and convenient experience.

Julienne UWe could smell the CR from our seat. Since it's a closed vehicle, I think there should be a way to deodorize and maintain its cleanliness.
On a positive note, we enjoyed the food stops.

Justine CThe bus was not very comfortable (some seat could be inclined, others not. Some were broken). The bus left 30min late and arrived at Manila more than 6 hours late (so we arrived around 1pm instead of 4am as planned...). It seems to be usual, just be prepared for it.
We were not asked to print the tickets, we just went to the ticket office in the train station, showed the pdf receipt and they printed the tickets for us.
