The Trip was cancelled from the tour operator due to some mistakes from both sides. I didn’t checked my mail in the night before departure, so I was not informed about a schedule change from 9.15 to 7.00 am. The driver said he was at the reception to ask for us, the hotel says no. A later transfer was not possible according to the tour operator so we made our own way to the ferry. How does the refund works?

I thought I was leaving from Seragan harbour as advertised but ended up going to Padang bye and due to a Balinese ceremony had to get out of our transport & walk to the harbour which was not the tour operators fault
