Kuala Lumpur to Singapore Destination Reviews

Vehicle was good but as tourists we would have appriciated if the driver explained what we were doing when crossing the border and not yelling at us we were not going as fast as he wished for.

Took like 10,5h instead of 4,5hours. Other companies aren’t lying about the time and are planning with the traffic…

Easy trip across the boarder. Drops you off in a quieter part of the city and did not have a sim so needed WiFi and had to walk to find it as no cafes would give me there’s in the shopping centre. You can buy a sim from the drop off point but my SIM card slot is broke so felt very vulnerable as a solo female. Other than that it was a good trip. Took longer that advertised by 2 hours

A very good bus that left all passengers at the border. Do not buy a ticket with 12 go Ásia if you are crossing a border in Malaysia, they will leave you there

At the bus station we needed to check in and have them print off our boarding passes before we were able to scan ourselves through to the gate. On the bus we had plenty of space on the comfortable seats on the bus, although the massage setting did not actually work. The driver communicated to us that we needed our passports ready to be checked at the exiting border of Malaysia. However, we did not realise we would need to take all our luggage walking through border of Singapore. Luckily we made it through in time to get back on the same bus. The journey also took a lot longer as the driver took 2 wrong turns. Overall, it was a pleasant journey and we arrived in Singapore safely.

The Bus was sceduled to arrive at 5.50 in the morning in Singapore, so we thaught to get a fairly ok sleep. But it allready arrived at 3.00 in the night at a mall, which was closed. We coukd not get WiFi or money as everything around was closed, MRT included. So we had to stay waiting in the streets until something opened.

Driver was not kind and behave like is his private service, when ask for toilet stop, he told me to not drink water. He played load music, and not help with charge the phone as charges was not working on this bus. Another passengers was complaining as well about him. He left people on another station.
