There were no problems with purchasing the ticket online or receiving it from the attendant. However, at the gate (Gate 3 on July 9, 2024, at 12:15 PM), due to the inattentiveness of the girl at the door, I did not notice her and hurried to the gate with only 10 minutes left before the bus departure. She then shouted at me in a very rude and inappropriate manner, saying, “You can’t go anywhere without asking me.” I told her that se can’t talk to me like that and to correct her tone. However, she kept repeating what she said. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and poor behavior in my life. Moreover, we had to load our own luggage onto the bus, which is extremely unprofessional. I was also very skeptical about the hygiene and cleanliness of the vehicle. The journey, which was supposed to take 5 hours, took 7.5 hours, resulting in a significant delay.

2 hours initial delay and then another 1.5 hours on top of the 5 hours of the planned journey. So it took us 8.5 hours instead of 5. Seats were comfortable though.

For this trip you’re gonna need a blanket, neck pillow, snacks, a cap, headphones and a good playlist. It is true what the other reviews tell you. The bus driver seems very careless with his passengers. Luckily for us he was accompanied with a man who was closer to nice and spoke English. The aircon is very cold and the bus smells of old cigarettes… BUT there are lots of leg room and the seats can transform to a semi bed.
