Kuala Lumpur to Ipoh Destination Reviews

EL
No information was given during the 30 minute delay at the terminal. 20% of the fare price was taken even though I checked no insurance.

The driver was over an hour late and wasn’t at the gate we had been told to wait at. We weren’t informed that there were 3 other stops before our own delaying our arrival time by another hour. Also when they stopped halfway for a toilet break the driver started driving off not long after stopping. We were in total around 2 and a half hours late arriving to Ipoh. Also the snacks and wifi advertised weren’t true and the “TV” in question is just a big TV at the front of the bus that isn’t even on? Not that I wanted it but why advertise a TV in that case. The bus itself has nice aircon and comfortable seats but the overall experience wasn’t great

The journey was good. Coach was comfortable with wide reclining seats. Unfortunately without loading facilities. Bus arrived 15 minutes late at TBS terminal. There was a 5 min. toilet break. Not all seats were occupied.

Although the bus came a little late, it was still good overall. There was working AC, no mess, reclining chairs with USB port, can put bags over the head, stopped midway to eat and have a drink.
