Two and a half hours standing and waiting for the bus to arrived and when it did no explanation. fellow passengers. driver wouldn’t let anyone sit in front seats and i literally stood for 2.5 hours to get a front seat. So four seats sat empty while everyone was crowded together. Hours late getting to Dubrovnik. Driver was snotty with everyone. Bus was just okay. Since I bought my ticket from you you should be able to give updates on eta’s etc.

Why doesn't this bus stop at Airport. At least in the bus stop outside the airport? Bus was clean and comfortable. Driver was courteous and helpful. Bus was extremely late. Delayed by an hour and 40 mins to leave Kotor. Driver took his time in each stop. Several passengers going to airport were delayed severely, leading to missing the flight. Driver wouldn't stop to let the passenger out/near at Airport. Bus company should change their timetable to reflect the likelihood time of arrival so passengers can plan around true time. Fortunately this time border crossing didn't take long. We have to add 1 or 2 hour to the timetable for border crossing.

Huge delay. Rude driver. Dirty bus. Bus was over an hour late causing us to miss our next bus. Supposed to arrive in Dubrovnik at 12:30 instead arrived at 15:00. Driver was very rude and bus was not clean.

The buy was late 1 hour! After that the total delay was almost 3 hour, because of traffic and border. The ticket was very expensive, the city tour was a running for us.

Bus ride in general was good, however my partners wallet was stolen on the bus from Kotor to Dubrovnik yesterday. Have tried our hardest to contact the bus companies but they aren’t giving us much information or what we should do. We are travelling for a year so losing cash, licences and all our bank cards has really impacted our travel. The fact our wallet was stolen from the bus.

Frustrated. The driving was good. The driver arrived almost 30 minutes late and had a very rude attitude. In addition to the ticket price, we also had to pay €5 per person just to store our bags (which should be included, since it’s the bare minimum to have somewhere to keep your luggage on a bus trip). On top of that, the driver charged another €2 for “printing the tickets” (???) even though the website clearly states that there’s no need to print anything, just show the QR code. In other words, it was clearly a scheme by the driver to pocket extra money from tourists. On top of all this, the bus had dirty windows, several broken seats, and a bad smell.
