Bus was late by 4 hours.. staff did not communicate at all.. grumpy.. eventually staff left and senior person (not sure owner or manager) came out to brief customers waiting as to the delay and reason fur delay… blamed holiday traffic.. I don’t think that’s entirely true as I then read the reviews abd they were notoriously late and non-communicative. When the bus did arrive eventually, everything went well and it was smooth sailing from there including the border crossings and getting us to Hat Yai .

Bad experience and I would not travel with “Supernice” again. We had to wait 3 hours for the bus to arrive. Bus very outdated. Arrived 4 hours late into Hatyai.

I was picked up at my hotel which was 2 blocks away instead of having to go to the original pickup point The George Hotel. I was also dropped off at my destination hotel which was a couple of block from the orignal drop off hotel of Grand Pink.
