Trip from Kuala lumpur to Melakka. The bus is very old (older than the one pictured on 12go), but OK for a two-hour trip. Departure and arrival were both on time. The driver doesn’t help with luggage storage, though. If you’re one of the last passengers to board, you may have to rearrange other people’s luggage yourself to make room for yours in the small trunk. The bus was shown online as only partially booked just a few minutes before departure. However, the gate changed at the last minute, and the bus itself did not match the one indicated, so I assume they combine passengers from different companies onto the same bus. So pay close attention while waiting for your bus, even if you’re at the correct gate, so you don’t miss a last-minute announcement by a staff about a gate change.

Bus was delayed 3 hours, the communication was very good regarding the delays, first 2 hours that 2,5 and eventually 3. Staff on the bus it self was not very friendly

The journey was comfortable and we arrived safely, but there are a few things that should be improved. The ticket stated that the terminal fee would be between RM0.50 and RM2.00, but I had to pay an additional RM12 at check-in. This was unexpected. Please make all additional charges clear before booking. Also, my ticket showed one gate and bus, but passengers were moved to a different bus. I only found out because I asked a staff member. Without asking, I could easily have missed the departure. Please announce these changes clearly and update the departure screens. Finally, the booking system allowed me to choose a seat, but after the buses were combined my selected seat was no longer available. I understand that operational changes sometimes happen, but in that case the seat selection should either be honoured whenever possible or passengers should be informed that seat selection cannot be guaranteed. Overall, the journey itself was safe and comfortable, but clearer information and better communication would improve the experience.
