Unpleasant ride throw out duration time with tobacco smell. The crew members staff was often smocking during the ride even where is plenty of signs of no smoking inside the train. The whole train card number 17 was filled up of cigarettes smoke.

Easy and reliable to buy the tickets from 12Go. It is very difficult to climb up to the upper bed of the train. There is not enough space for one to sit upright and could only lie down. Very hot inside the cabin.

The train was pretty uncomfy and felt like I was in a coffin if you are on the top bunk. I've been on the top bunk on other sleeper trains and could at least sit up

Never enough carriages so I was “forced” to go on a sleeper carriage with no air conditioning and to make it worse all the windows were closed by staff and doors locked on a 35 celciys Celsius day Oh then the train stopped at an unknown station and only after asking why we are not moving we were told that there was a fault further up the line Only then knowing this were requested to be let off the train to cool down Over all a very poor situation made worse by lack of communication
