As i couldn't print out tickets off my phone, I was a little worried about this, so we went to the airport a few days early and the staff kindly printed out two tickets. They were lovely and very helpful. The Nepal Airlines staff are the best!

Good evening, We booked a bus ticket and the departure point was telling us to go to Gongabu bus parc in Katmandou. Once there, everyone told us to go to monkey temple but we trusted one2go and stayed there, therefore we missed our bus, who was indeed leaving from monkey temple. We are really dissapointed because we often book with you and it is the first time something like that has happened. What is the procedure to get our money back ? We sadly won’t be booking with you if we don’t hear back.. thank you, have a good day. I will send you a email with all the photos.
