Our 7:45 PM bus was canceled, and we didn't receive any notification from the company. A tuk-tuk driver took us to the Hanuman bus shelter, where the operators contacted the driver of another bus, who waited for us along the road. The seats weren't the ones we had booked (upper level), the cabin was dirty. We didn't have time to use the restroom or buy anything we needed for the trip because we had to rush to get on the new bus.

So I’m really not fussy, and it’s not 12Go problem, it’s an Indian railway problem , too many people in one stall , no room for luggage , no space to sit or lay down comfortably for people over 6 feet. The AC was proper .

Was okay but the window was dirty or broken, one could not see out of it. Also the people selling things on the train constantly pull the curtains open to increase their chance of selling, which woke us up several times.
