Very disappointing experience. We booked an airport transfer to Cairo Airport specifically to arrive comfortably and on time before our international flight. Unfortunately, the driver arrived more than 2.5 hours late. We spent hours waiting and trying to contact the company, with very little information about what was happening. As a result, we arrived at the airport much later than planned and had to rush through all airport procedures to catch our flight. We had no time to eat, exchange money, or prepare for our journey as intended. What is even more disappointing is the way the issue was handled afterwards. We were promised a partial refund and a response within 24 hours, but after several follow-ups over multiple days, we still did not receive a clear answer regarding either the refund amount or the timeline. We understand that delays can happen, but reliability and communication are essential for an airport transfer service. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I lost an important document and needed an urgent transfer to Cairo. Unfortunately, the taxi arrived 2 hours and 30 minutes late. I have reason to believe they confirmed my booking without actually preparing a car for us. This delay made it impossible to sleep and jeopardized my vital document appointments. When I called the support numbers on my boarding pass 20 minutes after the scheduled time, one person denied help and claimed he wasn't involved with the company. Luckily, a third number I tried was helpful and arranged a new taxi. Though the wait was long, the car was very comfortable and our driver, Walid, was kind. He did his best to get us to our destination as early as possible.
